Annika Lübbert

I am a curious person. My background is in cognitive neuroscience, I work as a trainer (with hfp-consulting) and recently started a postdoc at Wageningen University that focuses on inner and interpersonal development in interdisciplinary teams: how can we make personal and organisational development available to professionals, to advance their work (as well as satisfaction and meaningful engagement)?

I am also an outdoors person. I need to move and be exposed to the weather. I play squash and dance contact, and would like to learn more about plants, soil, gardens and forests. During the past few years I spent quite some time building my garden house in Hamburg, and cycled through Europe to visit colleagues and friends (+ sleep outside in my hammock). I enjoy lying down on the floor, swimming in cold water and amidst this transition to the Netherlands, I expect more changes to come next.

August 18, 2023 – Pesaro, Italy. Night before catching the ferry to Mali Losinj, Croatia. Cycling from France to Slovenia.

This website gives an overview of recent ideas and activities, shares some of the colourful notes that I take (during meetings or to sort my thoughts), offers supplements to my published work, and points to (some of) the other people involved.

Enjoy!
